• Full project life cycle ownership: Develop and manage all aspects of project from estimating, planning, vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues. Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities. Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership.
• Gather data and analyze business and user needs. Analyze complex business problems and determine an IT solution. Identify and resolve project issues. Define objectives and scope of business system. Work closely with managers and end users to determine best IT solution.
• Assist with developing project management and business analyst standards for the IT department.
• Facilitate business process reviews to gather expected business outcomes and functional requirements, document end-to-end processes and business requirements.
• Coordinate for translating business requirements into functional specifications and creating the configuration rationale to design and configure SAP applications.
• Work with business analyst to architect cross-functional, integrated solutions across the enterprise to support the strategic vision.
• Work with the SAP Development team to unit test and deliver SAP Applications by defining and documenting reusable test scenarios, building unit test cases and creating data for unit testing as needed.
• Provide risk analysis to business partners for proposed solutions, and mitigation options when available.
• Support concurrent assignments across applications and diverse user groups to resolve system issues.
• Document support materials including functional and technical specifications for use within the Applications Solutions team.
• Maintain and develop internal business relationships to influence successful project outcomes, train and support users on solutions post-production.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, MIS, or Financial Accounting, Engineering or Business Management. PMP, CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of project management and business analyst experience, including tracking and planning projects.
• Validate business solutions meet business requirements/intent as well as meeting technology direction and best practices. Partner with business units to fully document business requirements for project deliverables.
• Experience establishing business justification, project budget, track spend and communicate project spend rates.
• Experience working in a matrixed operating model and managing multiple stakeholders in IT and business.
• Strong communicator and collaborator. Demonstrated ability to build effective internal and external relationships. Excellent time-management and leadership skills.
• Proven experience of successfully leading projects through the project lifecycle with strong business partnership
• Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
• 5 or more years of experience supporting SAP System.
• Minimum of 3 full SAP life-cycle implementations, and upgrades.
• Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization combined with strong technical skills and a passion for understanding and improving business processes.
• Understanding of local market requirements, languages, and currencies.
• Understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Fluent in English, in both verbal and written communications
