Job Description

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Management
a. Build an effective and efficient mechanism for vertical sales in HBS project to build up nation-wide project pipeline, so that drive vertical business growth
b. Develop regional sales strategy implementation plan to realize the vertical sales in region
c. Work with key stakeholder, establish processes and tools to guarantee end-to-end business operation via cross-functional collaboration
d. Act as a vertical expert to provide direction for a specific vertical to regional sales team
e. Drive the vertical achievement of target for the relevant regional sales teams through regular reviews, gap closing plans and other actions as appropriate
f. Evaluate offering against competition and recommends competitive differentiators
2. Customer Relationships
a. Maintain existing key customers and develop potential key customer
b. Network effectively both internally and externally to develop strong relationships with clients and business contacts
3. Business Development
a. Develop the offering towards customer needs by considering both customer perspective and Honeywell USP, and work with all relevant parties to ensure that it does
b. Partner with GM and Reginal Sales Leader in development long-term vertical strategy for China’s marketplace opportunities and implementation of sales initiatives, tools and processes
c. Work with marketing team to translate STRAP into regional sales action plans
4. Sales Processes & Tools
a. Ensure the compliance usage of all HBT sales processes and tools, e.g. SFDC etc.
b. Provide vertical status analysis/performance reports on a regular basis
5. Cooperation Mechanism Creation
a. Establish an effective working mechanism with regional sales team
b. Develop regional sales team member with professional vertical knowledge
c. Guide regional sales team for the vertical project process
d. Assist in the closing of all significant orders

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Education level and/or relevant experience(s) 
a. Bachelor degree or above, good English is preferred
b. 10 years above working experience in vertical knowledge and resource accumulation
 c. Strong vertical industry experience. Must understand customers and markets
 d. Related vertical industry project experience or sales experience
 e. An overview on a certain vertical status on national level
f. Deep understanding the offering and decision-making process for a specific vertical project
2. Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
a. Strategic thinking and strong execution bias
b. Excellent customer focus mindset
c. Excellent team working skills, communication and presentation skills
d. Strong coaching and influencing skills. Ability to influence at the operational levels across the organization, and ability to influence customers while maintaining healthy relationships
e. Mature and capable to work in highly matrixed organization.
 f. Highly driven, self-motivated individual who shows perseverance.
