Location: North China

具体职责 Responsibilities：
- 公司战略，运营管理，向董事会汇报，对公司的P&L 负责。
Leading the strategy and daily operations, reporting to BOD and take full P&L responsibility.
- 管理项目、销售、生产、人事、财务等多职能部门。
Multi-functions responsibilities - Manage project, sales, production, HR, Finance
- 维护现有大客户（几个知名的高端汽车品牌）并对其进行深入挖掘，建立稳固的高层关系。
Maintian and develop strategic accounts and build up senior level relations

任职条件 Requirements：
- 10年以上汽车零部件从业经历
10 years or above auto parts experiences；
- 对商务、项目管理、运营均有涉猎，有大团队管理经验；
Well rounded skills across commerical, PM, operations, managed large sized team before.
- 强大的自驱力和主人翁精神, 善于解决问题
Self driven andn takes ownership，trouble shooting skills
- 英语流利
Fluent English
