Role: Eco-system BDM, East & Southeast
Job Description:
Execute China Eco-system Development Strategy in East & Southeast Region, realize the business mode transformation from “Push to Pull”.
Manage the SI program and develop SIs on Power/ Process/ Information disciplines in north Region.

Role and Responsibility
Align with Industry and GBD team to identify and develop Strategic Alliance Partners to fill our technical/solution gap, then organize the cadence meeting and leverage resource to support partner to accomplish the first project with team.
Promote “Co-development Application” methodology to partners, identify and develop Innovation Partners to invest on the “Co-development Application” together, incubate it and repeat it in the whole country, scale up the business and bring the incremental business.
Promote innovation partner to sales team, publish the application / partner capability / business mode to branch sales, encourage the cross branch cooperation, discover more opp, bring more business to company.
Develop branch ecosystem partner, identify and develop FTIS / Initiative partners with branch sales, enhance technology binding with partner, and develop flow business and support sustainable business growth of local branch.
Align with sales team to develop Strategic Partners for special mega projects or target end user.
Follow the process and transform traditional China SI/RcSI/SP to Bronze/Silver/Gold partner from the middle year of 2021.
Work with branch and industry team to develop new potential SIs, recognize or promote them as our new Bronze/ Silver/ Gold/ Platinum partner.
Plan and execute the competency training plan for Bronze/ Silver/ Gold/ Platinum partner.

Educational Qualifications/ Work Experience
Prefer internal transferring from sales team who know company's portfolio/sales organization very well. Prefer Sales Trainee.
More than 5 years relevant sales experience, EPC/SI sales experience is preferred
Rich executive sales experience and skills
Strategic thinking
Strong communication and influencing skills
