Responsibilities:

- Improve and optimize existing hiring process, work closely with hiring managers or business manager to clarify recruiting requirements;
- Implement strategies and methods on candidates sourcing through effective channels including proactive search, networking, internet postings, etc, both inland or oversea;
- Effectively manage recruiting vendors, including job boards, social media and recruiting agencies;
- Perform analysis on recruiting progress and outcomes;
- Conduct CV screening, HR pre-talk, on-line test arrangement, interview scheduling and talent placement;
- Assist in organizing recruiting events if necessary;
- IT or internet background preferred.
