Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO 
•	Drive rapid growth in brand awareness for XXX in China in creative and cost-efficient ways 
•	Guide the development and evolution of the XXX brand story across all touch points 
•	Create and evolve XXX marketing strategy, organic social media strategy, content and consumer engagement plans 
•	Work with the product development team to innovate on category-defining products  
•	Lead and manage a high performing, highly engaged China marketing team, including a team of Marketing Directors, Marketing Managers, and Marketing Analysts 
 
WHAT YOU WILL NEED 
•	At least 7+ years marketing experience in category defining brands (does not have to be limited to cosmetics or skincare industry) 
•	Deep experience in creating buzz and ‘blowing brands (or people) up’ in China 
•	Deep understanding of consumer behavior and psychology in China 
•	Highly strategic and a gifted storyteller. You are a creatively minded and have experience in brand storytelling, social media 
•	Excellent leadership skills and prior experience in building out and managing successful teams  
•	Exceptional collaboration skills and a strong team player. You have the ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional and global teams, as well as external agency partners that facilitate team success 
•	Excellent communication and presentation skills that can be adapted for audiences at all levels across the organization
