- To develop a short and long term go-to-market strategy for a particular account for the accounts.
- Build and maintain high level business relationship with strategic customer/account through systematic activities.
- Responsible for crisis management with strategic customer and able to rebuild the business and relationship.
- To prioritise and plan the overall focus and sales activities based on the market knowledge and the yearly sales target of the individual, segmenting the customer portfolio and achieve business target.
- To increase account team productivity while providing measurable customer value
- Influencing politically powerful people on the customer side and cultivating strong relationships with them
- Able to assess the strengths and weaknesses of key relationships, develop customer needs, maintain accounts management, well handling crisis.
