•Build Vita Brand. Rejuvenate the “Real” brand with creative content and effective media channels to bring the brand communication to live.
-Experience on leading and deliver brand IMC campaigns
-Experience on bringing brand communication to live, especially with ATL mass reach approaches. Typical FMCG experience is well preferred
•Effectively collaborate and coordinate with internal team and external agency team to deliver brand essential.
•Strong business acumen, manage the holistic activity investment for each of activities, including manage effectively resources & investment.
-Understand on FMCG operation model, from communication to in-store knowledge
-Data savvy, and translate data into biz insight/ consumer insight which lead to marketing priorities
-Experience and skill on ANP planning according to marketing objective, FMCG related experience is well preferred
•Lead and solidify the entire Brand activity investment effectiveness , make clear priorities, navigate on trend way to communicate, andresource allocation on budget and outcome
-Innovative thinking is a plus, and eager to explore new things/trends
-Deliver brand activity with data insight and daily insight, also synergy with NTM/sales activation
-Thinking on measurement of investment and keep track of effectiveness, knowledge on digital measurement (incl EC) is well preferred
•Building an effective team that are highly engaged and moving towards the same goal to drive for a sustainable and healthy brand growth.
