1. Understanding hiring needs of hiring managers and meeting those expectations during the recruiting process. Provide a selection of pre-screened and interviewed candidates to the hiring managers.
2. Act as key contact between Talent Acquisition, hiring managers and applicants.
3. Take the lead in this sourcing process and proactively provide solution and approach to select specific candidates.
4. Provide information to hiring managers as well as HR partners on the status of applicants/interviews
5. Ensure flawless execution and problem solving of Talent Acquisition sourcing activities
6. Identify opportunities for (future) improvements
Preferably 5+ years of HR recruiting experience for both campus recruitment and experienced hires
