Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop the people vision and strategy for the new business in conjunction with the leadership team.
• Leading all people work streams of the new business set up including Workforce Planning, Reward, Employee Relations, Engagement & Culture and Talent Management.
• Ensure the development of a Strategic Workforce Planning plan to support the business strategy.
• Provide effective employee relations advice and coach the leadership team in handling sensitive or complex HR issues and in their own personal development.
• Bring challenge and perspective to the business agenda.
• Lead the people agenda to ensure all employees can develop to their maximum potential within a high performance culture with industry leading employee engagement.
• Diagnosing business problems from an organization development perspective, using tools to identify the levers which will maximize organization performance.
Job Requirements:
• 10+ professional experience in Human Resources related, expecially with JV experience is preferred.
• Solid HR full function knowledge is a must.
• Good communication skill with strong business sense.
• Pro-active working attitude, can working under pressure.
