Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Product Owner responsible for defining the digital product vision and creating the product roadmap. The Digital Product Owner manages the development and operation of digital products and prioritizes product backlogs and features. In this role, he/she is responsible for the entire product lifecycle and acts as the primary liaison between the business, development teams, and users.

Key Responsibilities
• Define product vision, road-map, and growth opportunities
• Manage end-to-end development and operation of digital products
• Own functional planning, requirements research, feasibility analysis, and delivery of product features
• Communicate with users and departments to achieve agreement on requirements
• Promote product planning and implementation, coordinate product development process with development team, track progress and quality, and ensure products launch on time
• Set KPIs and evaluate digital product performance
• Combine competitor analysis and user feedback to sort demand and optimize product iterations

Requirements
• At least 8 years of working experience
• Extensive experience in product management, digital solutions, or UX and UI of mobile device products
• Successful project experience in developing and implementing product
• Strong technical, analytical and project management skills
• PMP certification is preferred
• Excellent writing and verbal ability in both Chinese and English
• Experience in direct selling or health care products industry is preferred
