Job Summary
Provide for the availability of equipment, processes and manufacturing capacity for the production of Control Panels Products. Ensure that the manufacturing processes provide the highest quality product at the lowest cost. Ensure that customer delivery commitments are met. Estimate manufacturing cost, determine time standards and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing ETO projects and product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide or take lead role to provide timely resolution of manufacturing process/product problems to maintain smooth flow of production.
• Compile work instructions and perform training to operators. Ensure the manufacturing to follow related workmanship standards.
• Improve processes applying lean/6 sigma techniques and others engineering principles
• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or equivalent degree or education.
• English language ability, such as spoken and writing is required.
• Minimum three years of manufacturing engineering experience in a Multi-national company. Working experience in control panel company is preferred.
