Job description:
1. According to the company's annual business plan, formulate the national business managers, dealers assessment objectives, annual business priorities, as well as the national channel negotiation strategy, cooperation agreement signing;
2. Clear channel planning, build and develop national business channel construction; establish management system and evaluation mechanism;
3. Cooperate with the core agents and sales team to create the annual expansion plan to ensure that the Department sellin and sellout meet the standard;
4. Evaluate the channel business model, optimize the investment projects, and ensure the rationality and compliance of the budget;
5. Be fully responsible for the personnel setting, team building, management and assessment, and daily cooperation of the Department;

1. More than 8 years working experience in pharmaceutical industry;
2. Understand business operation and channel management mode;
3. Have a key channel customer base;
4. Need to have management experience of regional sales team or above;
