1.Consultative selling skills
2.Solutions orientation as well as a solid understanding of how services are sold and procured
3.Demonstrate experience in effectively selling intangibles at an enterprise level.
4.Comfortable selling to wide variety of clients such as IT staff, Procurement, Laboratory Scientific Leadership and at the C-suite level.
5.Knowledge of various workflows within a laboratory
6.A working knowledge of regulatory compliance needs.
7.Strong leadership skills in mobilizing the wider organization is a critical success factor
8.Experience utilizing a Sales tools such as SFDC a definite asset
9.A Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific Field or equivalent experience
10.MBA or equivalent experience
11.Ability to travel as customer needs dictate.
