Job Description
This is an APAC Sales Management Trainee Program.
Location: Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Suzhou, Nanjing, Beijing
You will attend:
1) four-stage training with Trainees from APAC offices.
2) three one-month field assignments.
Conduct sales activity with mentor for the assigned accounts and territory.
Requirements:
0-4 years of working experience, good skills in Sales Fundamentals (listening, analyzing, problem solving, lead qualifying, negotiating, persevering, closing), Prospecting & New Customer Development, Value-based selling, Customer-centric Selling and Territory Planning & Management.
Basic understanding of industrial automation and information products (specifically Motion Control, Drive System, MES / Information System, Component Industry Control, Services & Solutions, etc.).
