Responsible for engineering related day to day operations to follow OHES standards and to meet all compliance and regulations requirements, provid-ing the required Plant engineering expertise to safely, reliably & compliantly operate the Plant.
Cooperate with operation and plant team on well driving new products trans-ferring or products localization engineering needs, to build up local capacity to support business growth.
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in chemical, chemical engineering or rela-tive specialty.
Range of experience covering engineering Projects and Maintenance disci-plines and responsibility for leading a maintenance function in the chemical industry.
Minimum 5 years as engineering or project manager related role experience
With chemical project management experience and total Capex spending great than 10M is a plus.
Equipped with problem solving skills with lean operations concept is a plus.
