Job Description

1. Translate business strategies into actionable financial plans for the organization
2. Preparing corporate budget and forecast plan (including all reports to HQ Singapore)
3. Lead Investment Entity Accounting quarterly reporting and liaise with auditors for annual audit
4. Providing financial analysis of the variances compared to budget, forecast, and historical data, and Providing insightful analysis reports to the management
5. Champions the digitalization process of China Finance related work, improve the data statistics efficiency, enhance accuracy & timeliness of management reports, operation reports
6. Create new business analytical modeling, validate project assumptions, and secure alignment among various sub-functions (Development, Fund management, Capital management, etc.)
7. Lead information/data driven automation process, coordinate internal and external IT resources to create all ad-hoc programs/sub-systems for corporate
8. Working together with the Business and Fund team on identifying the issues and root causes, assisting in generating the actions/measures for follow-up and process improvement
9. Supporting other departments with information as advised by the management
Supporting the creation and implementation of standard work processes
10. Other ad-hoc assignments from direct superior.

Desired candidate profile:
The candidate needs to possess:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Technology related discipline
2. Experience with programming in actual work is a must (such as VBA, SQL, Python etc)
3. Past experience of finance system creation experience is preferable and at least familiar with FP&A work, financial reporting knowledge
4. Past experience in JDE, HFM and BI tools is preferred
5. Strong analysis skills including excellent excel and power point skill
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
7. Self-driven and a can-do attitude
8. Works well in a cross-functional collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders
