Job Summary:
-Develop and maintain Quality System following IATF 16949 and customers' specific requirements
-Responsible for Quality Systems of Customer Complaints, Problem Solving Reports, Continuous Improvement, Returned Goods Orders, Work Off Salvage, and Internal audits.
-Lead onsite customer audits and 3rd party quality related audits.
-Connect with procurement for suppliers' management, make sure they meet the quality levels.
-Define and implement appropriate incoming material control process.
-Responsible for QC Lab management
-Responsible for finish goods testing and releasing to customer.
-Team management and people development within quality department.

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree with major in chemistry engineering or chemistry preferred
-8 years above of chemical company working experiences
-Solid experiences with Quality Management Systems and EHS Management Systems
-Be familiar with IATF 16949, with IATF 16949 auditor certification preferred
-Fluent English
