Job Description
Location: Shanghai
Company: Multinational chemical company
Job Summary:
-Lead the implementation of quality strategy within the relevant BU including customer-centric quality culture, execution excellence and continuous improvement.
-Manage the quality system and lead the organization to deploy effective policies and procedures
-Lead core programs to build and manage the project portfolio from R&D to production.
-Act as expert on cross-functional, complex project teams/quality committees.
Requirements:
-Master in Engineering, Chemical, Operations Management or other technical related field preferred
-5-8 years of progressive experience within the manufacturing industry, chemical industry preferred
-Problem solving & process improvement experience and skills
-5+ years with industry recognized methods (Six Sigma, BPI, BPR, Lean, TQM, SPC/SQC, 8D, MSA, RedX, etc.)
-Fluent English is MUST
