1. Solve the problems encountered by users in the SAP system and formulate corresponding reports.
2. System interface monitoring and problems related to SAP system.
3. Responsible for the collection and analysis of demand information of business. departments, sorting out business processes and providing solutions.
4. Work with business departments to define business rules and processes to ensure the consistency of business processes and clarify system functional requirements.
5. For the modification of a new project or existing system, communicate with relevant departments, analyze requirements, coordinate and track various stages of the project.
6. Define system functions, develop system prototypes, draw flow charts, and write requirements specifications.
7. Guide the business to proceed smoothly and define the business value and relevant indicators; Quantify risk and return on investment.
