Job Summary:
Scale-up/Align new products/formulations/colours
Develop understanding of critical process/formulation parameters.
Carry out adjustments for quality/process improvement.
Requirements:
Master in polymer chemistry, chemical engineering or material science or B.S. with 5+ years experience in coating industry.
Experiences with auto waterborne coating.
Familiar with FMEA , RCFA and quality tools.
Good communication skill and desire to seek inputs across organizations.
Strong verbal and written command of English language.
