Our client is one famous Germany company in automotive industry,looking for an qualified manager who will charge the whole factory and whole process of quality

Main responsbilities:
• Managing of all operative QM functions in the Plant Yantai
• Interface with Quality Representative VCE
• Implementation of all defined VMS processes in Plant Yantai (training/control/assurance)
• Implementation of a continuous improvement process and effective application of processes
• Coordination and participation in system and process audits (customer, 3. Party, internal audits)Coordination in case of critical customer claims and survey of corrective actions
• Support of the Plant management to achieve the agreed objectives

• In case of quality problems, the quality responsible Plant Yantai is authorized either to stop or release the acceptance, further processing and delivery of purchased parts and finished products.
• ---Monitor part status at each phase during the product and process development through QEs, deploy preventive methods to avoid quality spills.
• ---Lead the product audit, process audit, system audit internally/externally and lead QEs to monitor and solve external / internal issues as the frontline.
• As the department header to ensure HSE requirements have been implemented in their area. Ensure workshop level safety training has been implemented.
• Basic safety knowledge.

1.Education in the metal processing sector,
2.At least: Bachelor degree in engineering
or technician with respective job experience
3.At least 5 years requirements
4.Quality manager DGQ or equivalent
5.Basic safety knowledge.Fluent in English listening,speaking,reading and writing
