Our client is looking for a Lead Architect to lead architects community to maintaining local technical principals and standards, trigger and drive architecture review of local solutions, ensure all local applications aligned..
In order to succeed in this role, you need rich experience in the development and architecture of large-scale Internet infrastructure platforms. In addition, you need to be innovative and Owner-aware.

• Maintain local applications architectural rules, standards, processes and standards.
• Setup and lead architect community, align all development language tracks.
• Trigger and drive local applications architecture review.
• Expected to be updated with the current IT market trends cross platforms.
• Key contributor to the Knowledge Share Community.
• Influence, educate and support technical leaders to ensure the appropriate levels of quality on local application architecture(s).

• 985 or 211 education,Computer science related major
• Expert as Java technical, full stack technical view, familiar for some original code, such as Spring, JDK
• In-depth understanding for the application architect design, and good with design language, such as UML
• Strong sense and knowledge for the application refactor design
• At least 10+ years development and design experience, 5+ years at least for architect design
• 3+years head Internet company, such as Alibaba, Tencent, JD, MeiTuan, etc, and acting as the core design working, such as Alibaba technical P7+ level
• Experience for technical team management at least 3+ years
• Experience for the high concurrency architect design, such as million level QPS scenario
• Extensive knowledge with major middle component, protocol and development frame in marketing, such as AMQP(Rabbit MQ), Kafka, Reids, Monogo, Spark, Zookeeper, Spring cloud, Spring Boot, Service Mesh(Istio), HTTP2, TCP, RPC, etc
• Ability for business level analyzing and breaking down
• Strong communication skill with technical and none-technical scenario
