职位描述
Description：
1. Drive quality assurance of digital area eco-system with identifying and implementing the advanced methodologies and solutions.
2. Strategize and manage the quality framework, including QA scheduling, execution, and alignment with project milestones.
3. Lead vendor teams in close collaboration with product and development teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with quality standard.
4. Proactively identify and address process bottlenecks in quality assurance, working alongside Product Management and Development for continuous improvement.
5. Define and monitor key KPIs for product quality, enabling data-driven insights and quality benchmarking.
6. Deliver comprehensive, regular reports on quality metrics to track performance and inform strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications：
1. 5+ years of QA experience, with proficiency in at least two of the following testing techniques: Functional Testing, API Testing, UI Testing, End-to-End (E2E) Testing, or AI-based Testing.
2. Knowledge of at least one programming language and associated technologies, including but not limited to Python, Java, Pytest, Selenium, and Appium etc.
3. Hands-on experience in e-commerce projects.
4. Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle, QA tools and processes, and agile methodologies, including scrum practices.
5. Adaptability to rapidly changing environments and the ability to shift priorities as needed.
6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
7. Proven analytical, problem-solving, and excellent time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications：
1. Experience in developing custom test tools.
2. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and various automation technologies.
3. Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
4. Leadership experience as a QA in a multinational team environment.
