Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1、Make outbound calls per day to have 100-120 conversations with prospects to qualify marketing and sales leads.
2、Engage prospects in friendly and professional phone conversations to identify potential opportunities.
3、 Accurately update and maintain Salesforce records with new opportunities and contacts.
4、Utilize tools like ZoomInfo to gather and verify prospect information.
5、Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
6、Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead qualification targets.
7、SDR also helps sales team to process sales orders on daily basis.

Required Skills:
1、Fluent English with strong verbal communication skills.Friendly, approachable phone demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly.
2、Basic experience using Salesforce for lead tracking and updates.
3、Familiarity with ZoomInfo or other lead generation tools.Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
4、Ability to stay organized and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
5、Strong work ethic and reliability.

Qualifications:
1、Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not required.
2、Comfortable with high-volume calling and lead generation.
3、Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within a sales environment.
