• Proven seniority in people management, complex and global project management, and full P&L responsibility
• Experience in global, technology company
• Rich sector experience in high-end manufacturing with applications including but not limited to: automotive, consumer electronics, robotics, semiconductors, heat exchanges, and / or electrical power management applications
• Proven and strong leadership track record (participatory, strategic, transformational, and coaching style)
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives (revenue targets, pipeline targets, etc.)
• Experience in simulation, data analytics, enterprise computing products and services is a plus
• Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and environments
