Manage the health, safety and environmental programs for the plant, ensuring the respect of all the
applicable laws, regulations, policies, guidelines and standards.

• Support sustainability plan of corporate. Improve local environment, social and governance (ESG) factors
in line with the requirements from corporate.

• Maintain the effectiveness of ISO14001 environment management system.
保持 ISO14001 环境管理体系的有效性。
• Conduct environmental audits and surveys to ensure compliance with regulations/policies. Manage the
environmental accident reports in the plant. Report results and maintain updated documents, files, and
records. Upload environmental management related data in line with the requirements from local
authorities.
组织开展环境审计及调查以确保遵守法规政策。管理所有环境突发事故事件及报告并及时向公司报
告相关结果及处理方案。负责维护及更新相关文件文档及记录。根据地方政府要求，上传公司环境
管理相关数据。
• Evaluate the application of environment protection standards and propose corrective actions.
评估环境保护应用标准并提出纠正措施。
• Represent the company and interface with Local Authorities on environment subjects.
代表公司与当地政府对接环境相关事宜。
• Supervise the operation of environmental protection facilities to ensure that all emissions comply with
national and local standards.
监督环保设施运行，确保各项排放符合国家、地方标准。
• Supervise chemical, waste management to ensure compliance with national and local standards.
监督公司化学品，废弃物管理，确保符合国家、地方标准。
• Manage safety training programs, in coordination with HR. Maintain awareness of all applicable
regulations. Promote a deep understanding of environment policies and procedures.
