岗位职责:
1.To Manage the production management of the printing, cutting and sealing sections of the cryogenic plant to produce according to the planned production volume to ensure maximum OEE and safety.
管理低温工厂印刷、切割和密封工段的生产管理工作，按照计划的生产量进行生产，最大程度地确保OEE和安全。
2.Manage and implement SES to improve lean manufacturing level.
管理实施SES，提升精益制造水平。
3.Actively explore and introduce intelligent manufacturing technology, and constantly improve the manufacturing level and capability of low-temperature factories.
积极探索和引入智能制造技术，不断提升低温工厂制造水平和能力。
4.Improve the leadership of the production team, establish a healthy, positive and sustainable production team, develop and train the talent pipeline.
提升生产团队领导力，建立健康、积极和可持续的生产团队，发展培养人才梯队。
5.To organize that work is according the quality regulation,safety regulationand environmental regulations(including but not limited to personnel，food related).
按照质量、安全环境相关法规组织工作（包括但不限于与人员、食品相关）。
6.To cooperate and participate in the development for existing and new products.
配合及参与现有产品和新产品的开发工作。
7.With safety, quality, delivery and manufacturing costs at the core, annual budget targets are achieved.
安全、质量、交付和制造成本为核心，实现年度预算目标。
8.Manage and implement projects to improve manufacturing capability and level.
管理和实施项目，提升生产制造能力和水平。
9.Perform and implement tasks assigned by other companies
执行和实施其它公司赋予的工作。
