Develop Omni channel strategy and new business opportunities for PVH China own retail.
- Build up a standardized process and operation mechanism for Omni channel of PVH China own
retailstores. Include and not limited to wechat sales, in store live-streaming, smart boutique store
and brand official mini-program.
- Be responsible to drive, support initiative for retail omni-channel business growth.
- Analysis industry, consumers, and purchase behaviors in order to accurately classify consumers.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
- Guide store incentives and assessment mechanisms
- Explore new retail business opportunities and work with cross functions on new project rolling
out.
Lead and provide retail training to China retail teams to facilitate the team with knowledge, skills and
related projects.
- Plan, design and implement the retail curriculum according to the annual plan.
- Review and update the content and delivery method of training programs to support the needs of
business growth and store talent development.
- Implement and update PVH store service standard (EWECARE) and Leadership Behaviors program.
- Conduct and deliver all kinds of training including onsite trainings and virtual trainings of product
knowledge, skillset, service standard and other trainings.
- Coach retail sales team to ensure the effective accomplishment of all training related tasks and
projects.
- Be responsible for Mystery shopper project plan, implementation and communication.

Handle retail training related projects with the regional training team.
- Collaborate with internal/external training stakeholders to satisfy the learning needs of retail ops
team.
Manage and oversee retail process enhancement and alignment to ensure operational efficiency of
retail management.
- This role plays a critical role of retail standard guru to drive efficiency and compliance with the
partnership of China Retail Operations team.
- Obsessed with the knowledge of operational excellence, mainly focus on the procedure and
process to make the stores with higher standard and consistency.
