Job Description

1. Sales and Brand Management
• Responsible for driving sales of designated stores in China and report on
performance to Outlet Retail Operations Manager, China
• Establish and implement action plans to achieve/exceed sales goals and KPIs
with the approval from Outlet Retail Operations Manager, China
• Possess analytical skills and execute performance management for the designated
stores
• Work with Store Managers to achieve sales budgets and the defined sales
forecasts via monthly business reviews
• Identify market trends and factors contributing to or detracting from sales and
propose actions
• Support to manage P & L to ensure year on year comparative business growth
• The corporate team to work on merchandises, VM and CRM opportunities on a
regular basis
• Ensure stores environment are consistently compelling through brand
presentation. Invest in team and self to ensure a true passion and respect for the
brand is constant
• Train retail store staff to deliver high quality of customer service to customers
with luxurious shopping experience
2. Retail Operations Management
• Maintain operational standards, and ensuring company policies and practices are
followed in the stores
• Regularly visit all stores to assess company and competitor performance as well
as market development
• Foster an environment in each store where service excellence is the top priority
through training, coaching, modelling appropriate selling behaviours and
personal involvement

• Report to Outlet Retail Operations Manager, China on the inventory review in
each store on a monthly basis to ensure sufficient stock is available to support the
sales while inventory compliance is adhered to the standard of operations
• Monitor all aspects of store operations including staff attendance record, daily
expenses, daily reconciliation reports, bank statement and sales reports submitted
by Store-in-charge
• Work with Store Managers to monitor staff roster and manpower planning
• Support to execute new store opening and store enhancement project
3. People Management
• Acquire, retain and develop potential talents. Responsible for the network
recruitment of service-oriented and passionate sales associates
• Assess strengths and opportunities of the team. Encourage and build appropriate
staff development plan and report to Head of Retail Operations, China on staff
suggestions and needs; encourage exchange of ideas
• Work with Head of Retail Operations, China and training team to develop
training programme for all new employees and implement a yearly training plan
for all frontline employees
• Act as a bridge between Corporate Office and Retail colleagues
• Report to Outlet Retail Operations Manager, China and HR Manager in regards
to personnel issues of retail staff
