Key Responsibilities:
1. Work with CEO and key stakeholders to develop the company's operational strategy, use financial levers to implement and manage the operations.
2. Manage financial operations of global team, including budgeting, financial analysis and reporting, auditing, tax, and internal controls.
3. Evaluate and manage risks, ensuring compliance with all local government, legal and industry regulations.
4. Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and decision making, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, and capital deployment.
5. Manage and develop the finance team to ensure full in house capabilities in accounting, tax, business analysis, budget control, and ability in executing strategic objectives.
6. Strong negotiation skills, M&A deal experience a plus
7. Communicate effectively with investors, shareholders, banks, and other external entities to maintain strong investor relations.
