Drive the sales performance of the territory to exceed the allocated budget
 Work together with store manager to improve sales results and strengthen their relationship
 Continually identify opportunities to develop Retail Partnership program within the territory
 If required, assist in all aspects of planning, development and setting up retail Stores
 Introduce company culture and required level of product knowledge by conducting comprehensive the clinics with management and staff of all new store
 Continue to conduct the training in established store on a regular basis to further develop product knowledge standards and improve sales techniques
 Maintain a superior standard of visual presentation and merchandising of the brand
 Develop and implement window displays following seasonal guidelines as directed
 Optimize brand positioning and visual awareness
 Prepare and submit Travel Plan before departing for business related travel
 Maximize productivity and timing of business related travel
 Prepare and present seasonal sales analysis report at the completion of each indent period
 Monitor and report weekly on relevant territory activity
