Job Description
1. Understand customer needs and give feedback.
2. Cooperate with purchasing, warehouse, transportation, sales, product management, accounting, etc., to solve customer needs.
3. Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
4. Maintain and manage customers.
1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
2. Strong sense of service.
3. Excellent oral and written English skills.
4. Familiar with Lotus Notes and SAP.
5. Understand shipping knowledge (including dangerous goods transport).
