Job Description

1. Strategy
a. Design 3-5 years China business strategy (including life science) by working together with China Management team
b. Lead Life science sales management team to design annual sales territory strategy
2. Team Management
a. Ensure sales team’s right understanding of company value and enhance their sense of Cobe/compliance via continuous training
b. Work with HR to codesign the organization & talent develop plan to inspire and retain the high level of team engagement
c. Coordinate external training resources to equip sales the relevant industry knowledge, product and application knowledge as well as sharpen their sales skills
d. Work with HR team to manage the hiring activity for the team
e. Coach the sales manager to design development plan for the sales rep and support the sales manager in the execution in daily work
3. Sales Objective Management
a. Lead China Life science sales team to achieve the target of annual order and key offering
b. Manage the end to end sales process via CRM (Salesforce.com)
c. Manage the manager for sales daily operations and increase sales team working efficiency via SBS tools Spectris Business System)
4. Market Coverage
a. Ensure a good market coverage to target Life science industries and customers; promote “Sterility assurance” as total solutions sales approach so as to continuously increase the market share, via managing & leveraging direct sales team ,channel sales team and channel partners.
b. Manage KA sales team to ensure an effective coverage on high end market; maintain and enhance the senior relationship with key customers and keep/increase the market share, via leveraging resources globally
c. Manage Channel sales team to ensure an effective coverage on middle tier market; Increase the win rate via upskilling the sales competencies.
d. Manage Solution sales team to increase the win rate in middle tier market, via direct sales or system integrators
5. Strategic Key offering promotion
a. Collaborate with division to promote new offering, new application in life science industry
b. Design the launch & promote plan for the strategic key offering in China
c. Support the team to breakthrough in the key projects and leverage all the resources to ensure the project delivery and implementation
d. Manage the key offering pipeline, progress and win rate via CRM (Salesforce.com)
6. Participate important affairs in company operation as a China management committee member;Collaborate with service/service sales/project team for the aftersales issues;
