Mission/Purpose of the Job
- Continue to provide a high level of customer satisfaction, responding to customer needs/inquiry/complain and working crosswise to satisfy customer expectations from technical side

- Develop customized solution according to customer request and make standard product and help sales team to maximize output from the market.

To visit typical customers independly or together with sales team to avoid cuostmer mistake using Leybold products
To Support the on-site installation for big accounts/projects
To update and manage the on-side installation guide based on different products and applications
To give on site training to customers and collect feedback/customer requirment
To Provide Technical/application training to the sales/service teams internally
To support solve or provide possible solution to failure cases caused by customer reason in/out of warranty period
o College or above degree in Mechanical or related major
Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience)
o Minimum of 3 years working experiences in Vacuum service and related field
o Electrical experience at the same time is preferred
Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fullfil the role’s responsibilities)
o Result driven, innovative
o Strong mechanical and electrical skills;
o Abundant equivalent equipment application knowledge;
o Computer literate;
o Good presentation and communication skill
Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements)
o Both verbal and written English skill
o Need domestic business trips
