Purpose of the Position：
This position leads the implementation of Global SAP S4 HANA solution for China (SCH, SHK, SZC, SG, SLC). The project has been executing and target to go live by end of 2022.

The position is required to ensure project goes live on time with minimum business impact, also to provide sustainable support to all stakeholders in addressing issues, change requests and continue improving the system / business operation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and manage large scale S4 HANA Business Transformation Project for all China Regional affiliates.
2. Participate requirement gathering, architecture discussion and design the implementation solution.
3. Analyze requirements, map the requirements to test scenarios and develop test cases from a technical-functional-operational perspective.
4. Identify bottlenecks in the development and provide proper solution to address issues.
5. Coordinate testing, training, data migration, dry run and hyper care.
6. Work closely with change management team to ensure project effectively communicated, changes (especially process and people) implemented on time.
7. Overall project budgeting and monitoring.
8. Overall project governance.

Competency ：
1. Experience in managing Business Transformation projects.
2. Solid SAP S4 HANA implementation experiences.
3. Ability to provide solution to S/4 HANA to address identified gap.
4. Ability to handle functional process integration and communication with different business partners.
5. Effective coordination between all key stakeholders on Testing, data migration, dry run and Hyper Care.

Qualification, Education, Experiences etc.
1. Bachelor or above degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology.
2. More than 5 years of experience in ERP (SAP in particular) fields as a project manager.
3. Deep understanding of both manufacturing industry and retail industry, the corresponding business processes and the way in which technology enables the business processes.
4. Deep understanding of IT application system user experience to support business operation process.
5. Result-Driven, possesses significant practical experience in project management (project scoping, project planning, resource planning, issue management, risk management, change management, communication plan).
6. Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
7. PMP certificate is a plus.
