职位描述

Key Responsibilities
1. Global Market Insight & Customer Understanding
• Lead structured Voice-of-Customer (VoC) initiatives across key regions to collect and synthesize technical and business requirements.
• Conduct global and regional analysis of market trends, user needs, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics specific to the Energy sectors relevant to company.
• Actively benchmark industry developments, track competitor offerings, and report insights to Product Management and Engineering teams in Japan HQ.

2. Ecosystem Development & Thought Leadership
• Represent company in energy-related associations and forums across Asia-Pacific and beyond (e.g., SEAS, IEEE PELS).
• Strengthen relationships with leading industry players, research institutes, and regulators.
• Identify collaboration opportunities with universities, system integrators, and contractors to increase company’s market relevance.

3. Strategic Partnerships & Growth Opportunities
• Work closely with Product Managers and the New Business team to evaluate partnership and alliance opportunities.
• Support M&A scan in collaboration with Japan HQ, focusing on energy-related measurement technologies and software solutions.
• Develop strategy briefs and contribute to due diligence where required.

4. Business Planning & Execution
• Monitor the KPI performance of CoE and report progress to senior leadership, including monthly dashboards and quarterly updates.
• Lead annual and quarterly business reviews for the Energy market segment, covering forecasts, pipeline health, and market expansion plans.
• Support global subsidiaries in developing localized energy market strategies aligned with company’s global direction.
• Collaborate with Product Management teams to align roadmap priorities with market needs.
• Lead Product Marketing Engineer/Manager and guide the definition of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and messaging, tailored for the Energy segment.
• Oversee campaign planning, event participation, and customer engagement efforts together with Product Marketing Engineer/Manager,

Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, or Business.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the Energy sector, ideally in power systems, grid modernization, or renewable integration.
• Strong understanding of test & measurement applications and their role in energy infrastructure and asset lifecycle.
• Experience working across markets, preferably in Asia-Pacific, with ability to connect regional needs to HQ capabilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with business acumen; ability to influence decision-making and lead cross-functional projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, with proven ability to align diverse teams (R&D, sales, marketing, HQ).
• Fluent in English; at least bilingual in Japanese or a Southeast Asian language.
