-acts as the intermediary between the sales organization and Digital insights team, ensurng reglonal and category strategies are embedded in intelligence, and data science is implemented within commercial strategies. They are
ultimately responsible for managing the SKU prioritization for each touchpoint launched through BEES via promotions, challenges, tasks, missions, and digital communication.
-Therefore it is critical that they also have a close relationship with the Online and Offline Leads to ensure proper handoff of SKU prioritization and strategy for front end deployment through touchpoint activations.
-The AD owns the monthly routines with the sales organization and Digital Insights team, reviewing forecasting for the upcoming month, while also discussing the retrospective from the algorithm impact on the prior month. As personalization scales in the market across all touchpoints, the Audience
-The role will review SKU prioritization impact across touchpoints, diagnose new opportunities and needs to share with Digital Insights, and build new business rules that optimizes our algorithms.
Qualifications
Analytical experience, with the ability to transform large data sets into meaningful reports and insights for commercial and marketing teams to utilize
Deep understanding of our sales organization processes and strategies Detailed knowledge of BEES touchpoints/pillars and how we leverage them to drive our commercial strategy Ability to lead and manage routines and relationships in a cross functional
environment
Ability to organize and implement new processes, and to develop documentation to ensure proper roll out of such processes to both technical and commercial teams Must be proficient in excel, powerpoint; Experience with SQL/pyspark is a plus
