•Ensuring that the strategic sales targets are achieved, increase Market Penetration and gain Market Share in the Instrumentation Business.
•Develop and implement a Target Group Strategy that opens new markets for Company and gains market share in existing markets.
•Optimization of the Channel Strategy in China for Distribution Sales, Direct Sales (incl. KAM) and eCommerce.
•Own, oversee and continuously optimize the Instrumentation Sales Process and the Sales Organization.
•Lead and motivate the Sales Team, set targets for Direct, Distribution and eCommerce and implement strategies for achieving those targets.
•Drive Marketing and Sales Alignment and build a strong relationship between both teams.
•Initialize short-term activities that boost sales in close cooperation with Marketing and PM.
•Act as an ambassador that strengthens Brand’s influence and repetition in joining relevant associations, lobbies and state committees.
