  • Client Development and Management: All consultants are required to be able to identify and develop client/business relationships in a competitive environment
  • Attract candidates and maintain a candidate database based on request
  • Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment
  • Candidate Search: Utilization of all possible tools and resources to identify potential candidates. Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the clients
  • Manage the recruitment process through interview to offer stage
  • Industry knowledge: all consultants must be the industry knowhow, in the specialized industry; to understand the specialized industry inside out is the foundation of being a specialist
  • Candidates must have bilingual English and Mandarin language skills, both oral & written
  • Mapping: all consultants should have the capability of industry mapping

We hope you have:

  • University and above
  • Related working experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Sales Marketing, or etc.
  • Excellent communication skills with willingness of doing so
  • Teamwork believer with inner drive 
  • Quick learner
  • Microsoft office Skills
  • Candidates must have bilingual English and Mandarin language skills, both oral & written
