Job Description

Brand Communication and PR:
Build and implement a 360° communication and PR strategy in consistency with the international brand communication strategy and the local business strategy for the entity :
Develop the brand image and visibility locally: Adapt locally the corporate positioning of the Brand (philanthropy, sponsoring…) and develop local initiatives in line with the international strategy
Manage media relations, including new media relations and manage public relations
Build a media-mapping: identify the relevant role-players for the brand
Support and advise the Country GM on corporate communication topics to build the image strategy of the GM (content and target)
Prepare interviews including media & training and advise for internal and external speeches
Identify issues related to the brand and anticipate crisis

CSR:
Understand the corporate CSR strategy and translate to external and internal parties to assit the company in the development, management, and modification of social responsibility policies;
Increase public awareness of a company’s social responsibility commitments through marketing, social media and other activities, including B corp 1000 days and etc;
Reiterate the company’s social responsibility policies through internal communication and support yearly CSR program;
Foster connections between the company and other organizations and ensure that a company’s policies fulfil legal and commercial requirements;
