Hiring a Head of channel sales who will need to lead a team to increase the business revenue.

Job Description

• Work with Partners to build and manage sales pipeline to achieve revenue goals.
• Build and maintain positive relationship with China Distribution Partners and manage the sales & technical aspects of the Partner relationship.
• Lead business planning and monthly/quarterly/annual review process.
• Responsible with Partner for regular (monthly) forecast.
• Mapping: Continually analyze existing and prospect Partners to maximize coverage model and revenue.
• Proactively recruit new prospective Partners by effectively presenting company value proposition and financial benefits. Develop and execute contractual agreements that easily provide Partners with company business, financial and ethic expectations.
• Champion the partnership including joint value proposition with sales teams to ensure awareness and collaboration, minimizing sales conflicts.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales force.
• Develop distribution team: sales skills, strategic approach.
• Promote employee commitment.
• Responsible together with Human Resources for staff recruitment, performance appraisal, training and development…. in the area of responsibility
