In this role you will be responsible for leading social media both for campaign and own channel, content creation, planning social budget base on the business requirement and bring optimized investment model, and lead whole social and digital pillar in Integrated Marketing Communication team.
1. Lead, and drive the HRB social paid investment, build strategy & plan base on business target
2. Build effective consumer-centered content model in social and EC platform
3. Lead digital operation team to deliver the business short term and long-term goal altogether
4. Lead brand social creation team to drive effective communication assets
5. Initiate integrated digital/social launch plan
