Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the whole process for monthly payroll for the accurate and on-time payment, ensuring 100% compliance with both local and global requirements.
- Support and coordinate with internal and external audits of payroll records, compensation data, tax fillings and related documentation, ensuring all necessary documents and approvals are implemented per audit requirement.
- Payroll reporting and analysis, including related audit/Fin, other reports requested by business functions/Government
- Process improvement based on escalated enquiries from optimization initiatives or for excellence and risk mitigation
- Participant in the other project related with payroll process and system where necessary
