Job Responsibilities:
-Participant in C&B project implementation;
- Payroll and social benefit calculation and related analysis;
- HRIS management;
- Maintain and implement C&B policy and practice of the company;
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years HR related experience, at least 1 year above in C&B role;
- University or above;
- Strong and proven analytical skills;
- Sense of information confidentiality;
- Excellent Communication skills and Strong Negotiation skills.
