Job Description
Principal duties       
 
Responsible for new customers’ prospecting and business development to expand sales and market share of the company 
 
Conduct market research and market trend analysis  
 
Provide business intelligence that enable the company makes sound judgment and an effective sales plan to capture new opportunities 
 
Manage all phases of business development activities from prospecting, RFQ management, quotation, commercial negotiation and sales closing 
 
Perform gaps analysis and provide suggestions for improvement to increase success rate, identify and map the company’s core technologies and solutions with customer needs 
 
Work closely with the internal stakeholders (e.g. NPI, project, technical, operations, quality) to position the company as the market leader in the targeted industries and stay ahead in the competition through excellent team work and value added solutions 
 
Establish and maintain a good and intimate relationship with customers, escalation window for customers for any unresolved issues  
 
Arrange business meeting between customers and the senior leadership of Unisteel 
 
Prepare monthly business development report 
 
Qualifications 
 
Bachelor degree or equivalent in Engineering 
 
5 year of new business development or sales management experience in precision engineered components   
 
Good market knowledge and networking in Medical and Lifestyle Electronics segments will be an added advantage  
 
Requirements 
 
Good command of English both written and verbal with strong presentation skill 
Have experience in leading a sale team. 
 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
 
Possess initiative, positive thinking and attitude and results driven 
 
A team player. Ability to work well with other stakeholders in delivering results 
 
Good knowledge of MS Office or other productivity software tools 
 
Willing and able to travel upon request
