RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

 Be responsible for HVAC application training to internal team & external channels to promote Watts solution
 Lead product portfolio upgrade especially new connected products development
 Provide technical support for connected products application & troubleshooting
 Support engineering and sourcing team for the new supplier development
 Work with sales team to achieve smart & connected product sales target

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bechelor or master degree with mechanical, engineering, electric controls, refrigeration, plumbing/HVAC background preferred.
• Above10 years’ application or product management experience in M&E, HVAC industry.
• 3-5 years training experience, capability to deliver high quality public training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hardworking, can work under pressure.
• Self-motivated and proactive, and passionate to learn.
• Responsible, reliable and a strong team player.
