Job Description

Deliver long-term growth strategy & pipeline cross Greater China:
1. Develop a single innovation pipeline for greater China markets, to unleash brand growth & in more synergized operation model.
2. Lead NPD project team to mobilize BU & international marketing resources for on time in full launch
3. Generate & get approval of WCF growth framework from F25-F28, to lock future growth engine & product design strategy.
4. Explore model to partner with external suppliers on creating innovations ideas for China market, manage end-to-end project management with the help from channel / customer / region.
5. Lead in-depth consumer understanding, capable to translate into insights & business implication, to help Wanchai ferry create winning proposition / benefit ladder, & review / refresh brand anatomy annually.
6. Co-work with international marketing community (BX, BDT) to drive synergy and efficiency on innovations
7. Analyse geographic and category white spaces to identify new opportunities
