Job Description
Requirements:
1. Preferred are candidates with a strong engineering background in the light metal casting of Automotive parts;
2. At least 10 years of technical project management experience as Tier 1 in Automotive industry;
3. Proven experience in managing complex projects;
4. Knowledge and practical know-how in the high-pressure die casting product development;
5. Familiar with IATF16949, VDA6.3 system;
6. Excellent communication skills, learning skills and project management skills;
7. High willingness to travel frequently within China;
8. Fluent in English skills and good at CAD software.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead project manager team to organize and coordinate internal & external resources to introduce new project after nomination according to customer requirement, sales input and project scope so that serial production can be realized;
2. Approve and control in technical matters for RFQ incl. studying specification, flow chart, specified investment, assembly concept; project running for all projects from phase S1 to S5;
3. Take lead all ECNs activities; leading mainly technology of material, heat treatment rack, flattening processes, passivation & coating; APQP planning & implementation; supplier support technically etc.
