1. Manage all product categories including essential oils, cosmetic, food, home care, body care, diffuser, and accessory, and focus on product life cycle management, sales performance review, short term product launch plan, and long term product planning strategy to support company sales target.
2. Lead product insight & strategy to satisfy local product development and foreign product localization need, to monitor market trend, and to maintain product material (marketing content), such as product pricing, product positioning, and product selling points, etc.
3. Lead product visual art design team, display the product idea as 3-D render format, guide the product package design, help to oversee the design and manufacture, and plan how to market and promote the product to the public.
4. Lead Project Management and Product Operation team, for dōTERRA China channel all products project operation includes import, local OEM & ODM products, and also Cross-border trade dōTERRA US products.
5. Build/maintain the product development and operation SOPs for cosmetic, food, and daily necessities. Related to product research and development, product pricing, manufacture vender collaboration, and logistic operation, etc.
6. Support operation and marketing communication flow between headquarters and local market.
